Wonderful people to work with they made my purchase at bergeys very enjoyable . My sales person was Debby Cunningham . Very pleasant and knowledgeable . Finance officer was Melissa wonderful person to work with and huge help financing my new car great team .would purchase another vehicle when it’s time
I would highly recommend Bergey VW. Mike Kinney and Dave Russell were wonderful to work with. Mike was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and assisted us with all of our questions. It was an extremely friendly atmosphere and everyone was a pleasure to deal with.
Although, I believe it was a dealer error. Rick's explanation was thorough. I was treated fairly and he did everything he could to please me with a desired outcome.

The service writer needs to be trained better. The person who made my appt was awesome. I also heard a lot of foul language when I was waiting for my car.
