As soon as I arrived for my appointment, everyone was nice and friendly. Chris, my service advisor, explained everything that would be happening to my vehicle.
Had appt arrived at 800 be chile was in shop in 10 minuets Tech worked efficiently I could see how he worked and was impressed was out of dealer at 930
Great service they performed a recall for the EMC software update on my 2024 Telluride they also did the 14 point check that stated everything looks good and washed my vehicle. It all took about 2 hours to complete which was an adequate amount of time.

The service is always great at Jenkins Kia Ocala. I first started with servicing my 2020 Kia Soul with Kristie who was great From the time I checked in. I later met with Isamel who was great with helping me to decide to buy a new car. I love my new 2026 Kia Seltos. Thank you all.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
