Regarding the service to my 2024 Sorrento, everyone at the dealership and in customer service and service department is great. Especially McKenzie in sales and who I deal with for customer service. And. In the service department, the mechanics and advisor are excellent.

I am pleased to this point as parts are on order and completion should be soon. Our service advisor, Chris Morissette was a pleasure to work with. He explained in detail, what service (60k) would be performed and the expected cost with the "what ifs" explained. We were kept advised of the progress and notified when the maintenance was complete.

I had a wonderful experience at Jenkins I was impressed at how fast I received service and how everyone greeted me I was offered beverages and a place to wait and also a shuttle ride for free to and from the place I wanted to go.
