My car lost power twice over the last few weeks. I brought in the car for investigation and remediation. Derek listened to my detail of issues and took my car in with no appointment. In the end the issue was due to work done at this dealership during my last service. They acknowledged the issue originated under their care and fixed it. I appreciate the professional response.
