We have had less than stellar experiences with Kia dealers in the Atlanta area. Lou Sobh Kia was a breath of fresh air. They were professional, timely, responsive, and communicative. They did the job on time, and it was done right the first time. They are by no means the closest dealer to our house, but next time we need or Kia repaired, we will come here. It is worth the drive.
