While in for standard maintenance, I asked to have a tire checked that had been leaking air. The service advisor, Doug Kaminsky, mentioned that the tires on the vehicle were manufactured in 2022. I immediately informed him that the tires were purchased from the dealership on 4/16/25, and I wondered if it was normal to sell tires as new that were three years old. It took a little while longer than I would have expected, but on 8/13/26 the tires were replaced at no cost. I am extremely grateful for Doug's efforts in this matter. His integrity is second to none.
