I bought a part on 5/6/24 in the amount of 1405.53. Turns out I didn’t need the part and returned it ( Unopened) on 5/7/24 and they would only refund me 80% of the cost to purchase. They refunded me 1155.53. I then asked about the 3% they charged me to use my credit card and they stated that they don’t refund any of that amount. So in all they stole 292.17 from me. Lesson learned, you will never get another opportunity at my business.

Dealership is well maintained. Sales people lack knowledge on vehicles and don’t follow through with requests. Vicki reeves was fantastic though.
