I'm a first time luxury car shopper. I called John up one Saturday afternoon because I was interested in one of the G35's listed on his website. He missed my call but got to me in about 15 minutes. Drove up to his office to meet him (he was very accommodating on schedule and right on time), and we took a casual test drive. While driving, he unbiasedly went through the pros and cons of owning a luxury car, in particular a lot of the differences between owning German and Japanese. I didn't feel pressured and felt as though he wasn't trying to sway my decision one way or the other. As a bonus, he even encouraged me to test drive one of his Mercedes just to contrast driving experiences with the G35. All in all, it was a great experience working with John. Ultimately I ended up buying an Audi, but would gladly and confidently buy from John in the future. --Trevor
