Purchased a vehicle in July 2025. Still waiting for the proper paperwork to legally title and tag the vehicle over 90 days later. The individuals “in charge” have lost paperwork that overnighted with tracking, and refuse to send what is needed to the local/State Motor Vehicle Division. This process has proven the dealership not only grossly negligent, but grossly incompetent, and rendered the vehicle unusable, resulting in loss of income. Would not recommend.
Bought a 2018 Ford F-150 from Kunes CJRD on 9/16/23 with 14,000 miles, the truck was delivered to my house that Saturday. The following morning I discovered a serious driveline vibration, and brought the truck to our local Firestone dealer the following Monday to have the tires rotated and balanced, which was unsuccessful. In turn I brought the truck to Ford for a full inspection, where the following issues had been discovered: - Tires unevenly worn beyond ability to balance - needed replacement - Front pinion seal is leaking (would have been caught by any visual inspection) - Air charge tube is leaking oil (Powerstroke) and must be replaced - Engine had been replaced at 11,900 miles, no mention in the condition report or Carfax Sales Manager Joe has told me the dealership does not intend to reimburse me despite his promises to "make things right," and also despite my buying the dealership's extended warranty, which is not worth the paper its written on. My words to the wise, avoid buying a vehicle from this dealership. If you do, insist on inspection of the vehicle by an outside party, they clearly do not inspect or recondition used cars and trucks.
Dealership agreed to my offer on a vehicle. Then David drew up a contract that was 5080 dollars above what we agreed upon. I called and texted about the mistake and no one got back to me! This was on a Saturday and finally they got back to me on Monday by text telling me they sold the vehicle that we had an agreement upon. They proceeded to tell me they don’t hold vehicles. I told them that this was bad business! They asked if they could help me with something else. I said absolutely not because I will not do business with a dealership that operates this way. I will be contacting the BBB.

We came in to look at a Jeep Wrangler. Leon was our sales person. He had sold us our previous Jeep Cherokee, so we wanted to work h again. He did a wonderful job.
I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle to go here. I was hoping to get a vehicle and it had to be within my affordable price range, and that is exactly what i got. Harley and the finance team worked so i could drive off with my vehicle. Love it and i am very happy with my purchase!!
