We found a car for my daughter. She loves it. Steve Merklin was our sales consultant. He was able to answer all of our questions and walk us through all of the new features of the jeep.
Took my 2023 Ram 1500 to Dick's Dodge Ram of Wilsonville twice to repair the left turn signal - under recall. They never fixed it. Cost me 4 uber rides. Took the truck to Tonkin Dodge Ram and they fixed it the first time. Will not be going back to Dick's Dodge Ram again.
I would avoid this dealership. The hard sell for extras you don’t need left a bad taste in my mouth. The sales manager is a xxxxxx. We didn’t read the reviews prior to going in. Definitely not a place you should trust. Read all the reviews and pick another dealership.
where to start. Told 72hr took 2weeks.told need extra labor due to prior tampering/ until i told them im original owner then Omar confessed they broke a part-said couple days, several times.no rental due to non warrenty work even tho they broke part.I GOT FEES back from rental i had got else where only because i pointed out that fact. Still charged $1000 more than quote.i provided parts for non warrenty work and had recal done also. After 2werks of calling and being told basically xx about the part they broke not being there yet- i did my own inquery and found out was on natinal backorder and not available until June 16th - service date was march 28. Why not just tell me truth from the start ?? Ooh Because no rental car !! String u along just like i read on another review. Reason they told them good until 100k is that is there end of warrenty..So i pick up jeep on 16th finaly . Was not until 2oth(fri) i look Under hood before going to Bend on weekend..FOUND 3 Different locations -MISSING BOLTS, and every clip for wire harnesses were Un Done - COOLANT LEVEL in the container was way below EMPTY . Look in and see it just enough to cover the hole in middle. Then Found another 2x missing bolts . And OMG Missing Right Side Fuel Rail cover ( heat sheid bassicaly - main engine cover insulation now is sagging in middle also. I called and texted Omar Vargas several times and sent photos and videos . No Reply until Monday morning where he rather chipperly said on voice mail, sounds like you didn't like our services much , give me a call.. Well xx no I'm not dealing with him ever again.. go look on your workbench and should see an Engine cover and 5 bolts . So i went and bought the cover from Dick Hannahs jeep in Vancouver and the only two bolts they had in stock .$48cover n $5 each bolt . Had my own cooolant already and used 1/2 jug of that .. so because i had recal work done also ( hpfp ) i filled a complaint for refund from FCA and awaiting their response..i have everything documented from text to voicemails .. the final reciept and original quote screenshot. Good thing because on the final reciept he decietfully wrote in the Originsl Quote catagory 0.00 as if it was not provided. Ha! I have it !! And also mentioned broken part yet written saying "found briken part, recommended replacing" ha ! Wrong agsin, i have text and voice mail confirming they broke it and shows No charge for its replacement.Ill close with this , If i had not checked before my trip , they would be replacing my engine via my attorney handling all this for me. Its been a week now i gave for them to reach back to me about all this xx.. are the bolts sitting on my engine block somewhere ? Where's the cover part they did not put back on ? Toss. It out once realized or simply just didn't give a xx cuz it was sitting in their bay 2wks for at max 72hr job ,, Which i added originally, was to remove and replace my intake manifold which service manual declairs 4.6 hr labor . and the fuel pump said 6 hrs , yet in the end i was charged 11hrs labor for intake r-r .. and listed the hpfp recal work they charged 2 hrs only to fca. Yet was told and extra day easy for that originally. Look it up - YouTubers lay it all out ,, Dealer services labor max is 5 hr due to skilled workers and proper tools - a DIY job lists at 11hr - that's doing it at home !! FREE ! So they told me because was tinkered with before is why extra time in labor ( xx !! Never had serviced before for anything except oik changes and all at dealerships -documented ) so Omar trying to cover his xxx with his bosses and charged extra labor to make it look legit . I agreed to pay the extra time via phone call on 2nd day becuase i needed my Jeep back asap,, knew it was xx and went in next day to see for myself, was told was scrathes on a wire clip like attemots to get it undone - i was silent a moment - then told them xx - and explained as i said here , thats when the confession came about the broken part. fkrs
Numerous issues with service department. Communication and follow through are terrible. I took my wrangler in for a few concerns, only one of which was addressed, and I was told I would need to bring my vehicle BACK another time to fix the remaining issue.
Had a fantastic experience at Dick's CDRJ in Wilsonville. Mike Johnston was awesome, as were the rest of the team throughout the process. Mike took the time to ask me questions to find out what was most important in the vehicle I was looking for, including the price range, then was able to find exactly the right one without any pressure whatsoever. I would definitely recommend CDRJ.
