I would give the dealer a ZERO rating if I could. I brought in my 2023 Corvette Z06 for what I was told was a required service to all fluid systems. $1700.00 was spent. Vehicle had 1100+ miles on it. When I recieved the car back it had a severe trans oil leak to the tech put my old gasket back on the car and was down nearly four quarts of oil. Fluids had spread everywhere. Dealer picked the car back up to to repair. When I recieved the car back it had a knock in the engine and several miles had been put on the car. Car was returned to dealer and diagnosed with a blown engine. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.New engine was authorized for the dealer to put in. If oil can't be changed right how do you trust dealer to put in new engine. VERY SAD. FYI no refund offered for the service on the car either.

Terrible experience! Spent 50K on a used pickup truck. Dropped another 10K on an extended warranty. Eli, the finance guy said this was a bumper to bumper unlimited mileage 6 year warranty. There were some deficiencies on the vehicle and Omar, the sales manager said they would take care of everything. They were also going to do a full detail and ceramic coating on the truck. We gave them a list of issues that needed repair. After keeping the truck for nearly three weeks and doing the ceramic coating twice, not all of the problems have been repaired and the ceramic is still messed up. They put ceramic over dirt, bugs, and water spots! Twice !! They told us that they were not going to do anymore repairs on the truck and we should take it somewhere else. When this was Lamb Chevrolet, it was a good place to do business. I wish I could say the same holds true today, but I can’t. They have demonstrated their willingness to misrepresent products and services and have shown us that they will not honor their word. CAVEAT EMPTOR !!! Buyer beware I will not be doing business here again and I suggest to anybody, buy your new or used vehicle elsewhere.

Was able to help me get some locking lugnuts off on short notice with exigency after another dealer failed to provide the key with the vehicle. Super helpful folks

So far my experience has been great from Nate. The salesman kids gonna go far in life, other than that I’ve dealt with Anne in the service department and I’ve had a transmission filter, change and fluid flush and oil change as of right now I’m happy if I ever need real service and something fails on my truck and things are just as good I will update. I hope they stay as good as they’ve been thus far cause that would be great to find a place so well keep up the good work guys and gals.

This is the first service I’ve had on my new truck Service was great. Love how everything has a work flow on the app so you can always check on your vehicle and your technician. Keep the great work

Took me vehichle in for coolant leak (appointment) they stated it would take a day. 7 days later we got it back, no call, no update, no loaner just left my family high and dry. 8 months later still same leak. Took in for breaks, was done in a day, but breaks only lasted 6 months. Don't know what they do here, but they haven't truely fixed anything on our vehichle. Go to phx, this place is a nightmare.
