I cannot even begin to say enough incredible things about my experience at Rausch Motors. We were greeted by Chuck and got right to it. He has a such a calm and fun demeanor and I love the no-nonsense mentality he has. He is full of integrity and genuine care for you as a person- so much more so than making a sale. We narrowed our search to 2 cars- bit of a difference in price as far as monthly payments and he helped sort us through questions/comparisons and was completely objective. Once we chose the vehicle we loved, Chuck (my new bud, little does he know lol) handed me over to Jeremy- the finance guy and talk about a smoooooooth process. NEVER has buying a car been so painless and exciting. I felt not only safe but truly cared for. From the great car selection to incredible customer service, I can’t imagine a better experience!!!

I bought two BMWs from Rausch and have both serviced there. My daughters X5 threw a warning message on the display. Dropped it off to Matt and Chanc the next morning. They checked the message, diagnosed it and gave me a call with the issue. Authorized the work over the phone and was picked up that afternoon. Just for grins, I called the dealer to see what the cost would have been... They wanted 3 TIMES the price!!! Matt and Chanc are the best. They are never too busy to stop and answer all your questions and just chat for a while. I'll never go anywhere else. And when my other car with 350K finally dies. Guess where I'm getting my third car. And guess who will service it. Rausch!!!
