The purchase was fairly easy. I have had an issue with the digital key. The instructions for using it are included in the online manual. He did not know how to set it up, and said he would follow up with me. There has been no follow up. I have also had other issues with the app.

My service representative was very knowledgeable and amiable. What I liked is that he gave me every option available. At other dealerships (specifically BMW) I feel as should hold on to my wallet because they are trying to always upsell. I don’t get that at Paul Conte. They have my trust
