We bought a new Silverado and couldn't be more impressed with the experience! Debbie made everything flow flawlessly! Her attention to the small details, as well as the big stuff, showed outstanding professionalism. Our finance aspect of the deal was also done efficiently and painlessly. Tires were not checked. There was no warning about their condition. Completely bald with no tread. My whole family slide all over the road during a terrible storm. We had no control over the vehicle. Dealership was called and there has been NO COMMUNICATION! NO APOLOGY! I will never go back!!! Service department is a sham.
