What Others Say

Weird experience. I had a deal on the table at another dealership but called Randy Marion as I had a good experience when buying my black label nautilus from their Lincoln dealership. Spoke to a salesman and he said he would “get started on the numbers”. The next morning he said he was “getting to work on it” The following day I agreed to come to the dealership (about 30 minutes one way) and bring the car I was trading in around 530pm. When I get there nothing had been done. No numbers. No pre-work. No numbers. Nothing. Eventually someone I had never spoken with said that Randy Marion was unable to compete with the other dealer so I ultimately left and purchased the truck from their other dealership. Has been awhile since I had that stereotypical dealership feeling and car salesman experience but definitely had it here. Unfortunate as my family has bought several cars across RM lots. Won’t be purchasing in the future though. 100% waste of time, energy, gas and miles.

I definitely would not return here and only gave two stars since the salesperson was helpful and tried to find a solution to the issues we were having. We purchased a used vehicle from this location and within two weeks the car began to overheat. We took it to a mechanic to learn that we have almost 6k worth of repairs that need done to this car that is only worth around 9k. Yes, the car is older and has a good bit of miles on it and I expected some minor issues, maybe tires, brakes, or something like that, but you don't expect to get a car that needs so many repairs it would be considered totaled by your insurance company. We were told "Well, you bought a used car you should expect this." No, I don't expect to get a car that you state was inspected and in good condition to have a hole in the transmission pan and also need the head gaskets replaced. Unless you're going to take a mechanic with you to look at each individual thing on the car don't buy a used car here or you'll end up like me with a car that has more repairs than the car is worth, so now I'll only drive it around town briefly and otherwise it will be sitting in my driveway until I can pay it off.

Incredibly disappointed. Made an offer on a vehicle, no response. Later (much later in the day) learned the vehicle had been sold without giving me an opportunity to continue negotiations. Extremely unprofessional!

Great staff and sales associates am looking forward to looking and buying a car from them. Thank you

They were very Response and Courteous and Helpful. Thanks for the assistance it was a good experience

High pressure to pay for B.S. add on that you do not want especially on a used vehicle. Oh,! but its already on the car so we must charge for it! B.S. like, nitrogen in tires for 15.00 per tire that does no good and you do not want , but it is already in the tires so we must charge or we lose money! And typical good cop bad cop salesman man of working a "green" young customer for the best deal. Best for dealer not buyer.
