Once connected they did great. Informative and communication was good. The initial contact was more difficult than it had to be. Can never seem to get thru to service. I left a message and on my second try later that afternoon got thru to someone. Two days later I received a call inquiring about the message I left. That part could be fixed.
Highly respected in the area. Honest, dependable service. Highly reccomend Fords service denter in Eagle River.
