Ordered a Jayco Fifth Wheel through this dealer and the price couldn't be beat. Unfortunately, once they had the order I felt like I no longer mattered. Had to call regularly to get an update on delivery and frequently felt that they didn't actually reach out to Jayco to expedite at all. I understand manufacturing delays far better than this dealer having worked in manufacturing my entire life, but I also know that a manufacturer responds when the customer calls - I just don't think my order got any attention from the dealer. Once I picked it up, they were good to me, but none of the managers made a point to stop by and thank me for my business (a $50k+ sale). The biggest disappointment was how they dealt with the paperwork for my RV. I had 45 days for a temporary tag and the title office in my county didn't receive the title work until after the 45 days (costing me a late fee). I could see that the documents hadn't been processed timely but the finance person blamed the title office first and then their corporate office. To make it worse, they short paid the taxes and to get my title I had to pay the late fee and the additional taxes. When I called to discuss, the finance person got extremely defensive and downright not nice. She pushed me off to her manager who I spoke to and explained my concern. He said he would look into it and get back to me. That was a month ago and all I hear is crickets. In addition, I had a warranty issue that I called about and never received a response from the manager on that either. None of these issues are earth shattering, but obviously this dealership has perfected "The Customer Prevention Culture" as described by Tom Halpin! So if all you want is a low price and you know going in that you get what you pay for, by all means buy here. But if you want to be treated as a valued customer, go somewhere else.
