God awful used car dealership. Would never return. Also never shopping Volkswagen again. The people here are not TRUST WORTHY

Purchased a used car from here. They did not fix several items that we agreed on. Don't ever have to worry about me ever coming back. Will not recommend them to anyone.

Not sure when all this change at Barnes Crossing Volkswagen but a oil change is $118. This is robbery. I have been a customer for over 10 years and have watch their prices continue to climb. I will not be back to this store for any reason. At max $60 for parts. Sorry to the Barnes crossing family that use to take care of is customers.

I have worked with Barnes Crossing Volkswagen for my last 3 out of 4 vehicle purchases. Knowledgeable and reliable Service staff, and a Sales Team that understands my budget and needs for features of the vehicles I purchased. No pressure, and no disappointments. There is a good reason I shop here.

Identified Chevy Tahoe on-line thru AutoTrader located at Barnes Crossing Volkswagen and began to communicate with salesman, Jose Lopez. Was very skeptical about purchasing a car on-line, sight unseen and not test driving since I lived in Texas. However, from the very beginning, Jose Lopez answered ALL my questions, and made me feel right at home during the entire process. In no time we were able to settle on a price, negotiated a finance rate, and finalize everything in a couple of hours. He then FedExed the paperwork to me and made sure the vehicle would get to me as promised. Once I received the vehicle, it was everything the dealership and Jose had promised. Jose and the entire team at Barnes Crossing Volkswagen are a five-star group. Even after I had closed the deal and received my vehicle, Jose continued to check with me to see if I was satisfied. You can't go wrong with Barnes Crossing Volkswagen and if I need a car in the future, I will have no problem whatsoever going back to this car dealership.
