Worst dealership in the state!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They will sell cars out from under you and are rude. Would not buy anything from this place

I would not even talk to these people or the one in Norman. My brother and i were going to buy two cars from them, we both were told over the phone and via text that both vehicles were at the dealership in Ardmore. The vehicle i was looking at i asked if they could send me more pictures never got them, asked how the body looked and was told good condition only a small hole in the seat, we were told both vehicles will be placed in the back so they would not be sold. We drove 3 and half hours and when we got there we were greeted by a young salesman after I introduced myself and told him we were there to look at the truck and the car. He then replied that they sold the car 3 days ago I went and looked at the truck i was going to buy and it had body damage all over it. The salesman told us he would pass us onto someone else waited at least 20 minutes nothing, I finally grabbed one salesman told him the story and he said well we can get you into another vehicle. I called the dealership in Norman and they said the same thing. LEIRS, LIERS, LIERS very poor service. Both dealerships are owned by the same person but have different GM's and the GM would not even talk to me.

This dealership has a great amount of unprofessionalism. They only want a paycheck. So they get you in a car for 30 days then come up with excuses as to why you can't get financed and take the car back. Ashley Langley and Marshall Thomas are very rude and unclassy. I highly recommend taking your business somewhere worth your time.

If i could give a 0 I would! I was looking at the jeep compass and online it says it was cosmetically sound and that the tires were "like new". First of all the tires were balled out and the headlights were busted on both sides (pictures were very deceptive). Second of all, there was a rip in the front seat and they purposefully took the picture to where it wouldn't show. When we were about to leave the salesman asked if there was anything he could do and we said yeah you could compensate us for our gas (we drove 200 miles one way WITH a baby) and so the manager comes out and tells us it wasn't misleading and I pull it up and when i show him it says that the car is cosmetically sound and the tires were like new and he said "well it's automatically generated and that's not my fault" HOWEVER it says stuff about the carfax so obviously they did this with intentions. Long story short the manager asks us to leave after we said it was misleading and that we were upset and does not compensate our gas, or even say sorry. I will NEVER shop here ever again! I would like to speak woth the owner of this establishment! I am beyond upset with the customer service they provided!

Who would have thought that purchasing a used car would be so great! The salesman I had was upfront and honest from the get go! Thank you!

Traded a vehicle worth over 20k for a vehicle worth 18k even. New vehicle broke down the next day on my way to my daughters doctors appointment. Threw parts at it. Still not fixed. Won't trade for equal vehicle. Don't shop there. Guess I will walk her to Dallas every 2 weeks.
