What Others Say

Service was fine, but the 2.9% credit card surcharge left a negative impression. Most people don’t plan for unexpected repair bills, and many rely on credit cards to cover necessary vehicle expenses. Adding an extra fee for using a credit card feels like penalizing customers for not having immediate access to large amounts of cash. I understand businesses incur processing fees, but those costs are generally considered part of doing business and are often tax-deductible. Consumers, on the other hand, may be paying interest on the purchase in addition to the surcharge. In my opinion, passing these costs directly to customers makes already expensive repairs even less affordable and is not customer-friendly.

my feeling about the service is well described by the way i answered the questions in the survey

Awesome service and professionalism. Special shout out to my sales rep. And the entire team.

I worked with John Prokorny and he was absolutely excellent!! He answered all of my questions and was very helpful throughout the purchasing process. He is a 10/10!! Totally recommend him!!

I purchased a car on a Sunday and apparently there was a promotion; so it was busy. I entered the dealership at 2:30 pm and wasn’t able to complete the transaction until 8 pm. The manager only had one finance person working. In my opinion, that is very poor store management. If a dealership is running several promotions; they should have enough personnel to handle the customers in a timely fashion. The average time to purchase a car is about 3 hours not 6! I would recommend that a potential car buyer call Mazda of Fort Myers before they go and ask how many finance people are working…. Unless you have a lot of time to waste! There’s definitely room for improvement!

Very friendly dealership all the employees that I was in contact with were great. Making appointments are very simple
