What Others Say

First strike in January 2026: technicians failed to adhere to my Ford service contract. To wit; the manufacturer manual indicates the engine air filter is to be replaced at 30K miles. They did not replace my filter, despite the fact that I specifically mentioned the contractual obligation to the service advisor. I had to drive to a local auto parts store after the parts guy put the filter on their account and I then just replaced it myself. Now…second strike and an even greater display of incompetent service “technicians.” A/C blowing hot air on a 2023 vehicle with 34K miles. Labelle Ford had the vehicle for FOUR HOURS and were incapable of repairing the vehicle. I had to call them after three hours for a status update because they didn’t have the courtesy to provide an update. As I sat at a local VFW waiting for my car, the bartender and a group of five patrons all warned me about the incompetence of this dealership. So, the reputation of this dealership apparently is well known in LaBelle FL. I went to pick up the vehicle and not one reasonable explanation of a possible reason for the failure nor an approximate timeline on how long to repair from service advisor Jason Robles. He just basically said “we can’t fix it unless we keep it for an extended time period, take it somewhere else.” I had to call the Ford Corporation and get assistance finding another dealer and I now cannot get my vehicle even looked at for another week at a dealership 30 miles away in Fort Myers. So, bottom line: STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPT. Seems all they can do is oil changes and tire rotations, no better than Jiffy Lube. Plus, no loaner vehicles? I say again: STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPT!!!

This dealership is full of liars that refuse to deliver on their promises. After selling two trucks out from under us after having a credit pre-approval we purchased a truck elsewhere. Labelle Ford offered to broker a lemon law buyback that Ford agreed to. We expressed interest in buying a new truck the same day we dropped off the lemon. They sold two trucks out from under us that we were told "were on hold for us". After Labelle Ford realized we purchased a brand new truck elsewhere they refused to return the lemon law paperwork back to Ford Corporate as a retaliatory measure. They also refused to cancel the GAP policy we purchased from them forcing us to deal directly with the GAP company. Ford Corporate had to reissue the closing paperwork and overnight it directly to us to finalize this lemon law buyback since the dealership lied about losing the paperwork. This was supposed to be done by Labelle. By far after owning Fords for over 30 years this dealership is the worst we have ever dealt with. Labelle Ford will never see us again. Be warned they are not ethical and lie to you if they even pick up your phone call.

Yanel and everyone was wonderful and made the car-buying experience a positive one!! The car was in excellent condition, every effort was made to meet our needs, everyone was patient and explanations were clear and thorough. Thank you all at Plattner Ford for my car, which I love.

To put it simply, they are the classic "bait and switch" dealer. They list one price on the Internet, then tack on thousands of hidden fees for such items as "paint protection", "LoJack theft protection", "refurbishment fees", "Dealer prep, the list goes on and on. Drove 4 hours round trip to buy a used car priced at 11400, price on offer sheet when at dealership was 17700! WTH?! Joke of a salesman said "we aren't CarMax, we are here to make a profit" and "you do understand a lot of people just pay what we ask, no questions asked"! You admit that you are committing dishonest practices and brag about it?! Salesman literally chased me to my vehicle begging for me to just "negotiate" with him. Guess what, my time is more valuable than yours, I am not going to waste it when you start with bad faith, bogus charges. Sad I made the mistake that a small town place might be honest. If you do make the poor choice to deal with them, get your offer in writing before you get there, otherwise be prepared for the Bait & Switch! Read the many horrible reviews explaining the same behavior on all manner of cars. They should be embarrassed and ashamed, as should Ford for allowing them to operate under their name. GO ELSEWHERE!

I had an excellent experience in buying a car from Labelle Ford. My sales person Denise was a great help and showed me all the options on the vehicle and was very knowledgeable and it is because of her that I bought the bronco from them.

Looked at numerous models and Representative Rob Sager was patient throughout while my Wife and I looked through the inventory in the rain. While we did not purchase it was due to our schedule and we will definitely be returning in the next couple of weeks to purchase from Rob and LaBelle Ford as we were made to feel comfortable and not pushed into making a decision. ion the spot Bob James
