Rachel was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC to work with, I had such a great experience! We had a smooth and pleasant transaction with Mark at Bommarito Toyota yesterday. I went to test drive two cars in the afternoon; Mark was prepared with the keys (I'd called ahead) and was extremely chill. I did not feel pressured at all, and I was also impressed that he had no issues dealing with a woman (unfortunately I still run into this in 2026 occasionally). I found a car I liked and my husband went in to drive it later because we had opposite schedules that day. Mark did not send me 50 texts in the meantime like other dealers had done, luckily. My husband also liked him and found the purchasing process fairly smooth (with the typical attempts to get you to finance, etc., but hey, they've got to make a dime, too, right?). We'll likely need to buy another car in the next 2-3 years, and I would gladly give Mark my business again.

Danny remember me from years ago. Very friendly and gave me information that should have been told to me when I purchased my car from a different Toyota Dealership. I am a Bommarito girl for all my maintenance and purchases. Thank you Danny
