She is professional, helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are getting the best care and attention. Zachary is also great. He’s informative and pleasant to deal with.

Dishen did a great job as sales rep. He was never bragging about the car or pushed me to make the decision. However, he provided suggestions based on my needs and shared the first hand use experience which made me comfortable. I can tell that he not only has strong technical skills (knows very well about Volvo brand, car specification, mechanical things) but also loves this brand from his inner heart. He introduced me the car not from a sale perspective but from a friend that truly loves the car. This is my 3rd xc90 and the best purchase experience ever.
