Didn't hear back from them. After 10 days called them and was on hold for 20 minutes
This place feels like the classic used card dealership. I informed the sales person I was coming. The car was trapped behind 4 vehicles so I didn't get a chance to drive. It was unclear to me whether financing was available, but it was clear they would prefer I give them cash. Although they had a couple vehicles I wanted to see the inconvenience of shopping (with my wife and daughter waiting in the car, I ended up buying elsewhere. Some nice vehicles on hand. The shopping experience is pretty terrible though.
No one ever got back to me.i want to use a 2016 accent as a trade in I don't like the car.
