I can't say enough positive things about my experience dealing with Jacobs Mitsubishi, specifically Dustin and Ashley in the vehicle buying center. They were fair with the offer to purchase my vehicle, made the process fast and efficient for me while respecting my time, and followed through with everything they said they would do (I left some items in the vehicle and they retrieved them for me plus they paid off my loan quickly.)
