I purchased a 2009 Volkswagen Passat CC with 128K miles and no warranty. During the next two weeks I added 2 quarts of oil and there were oil drippings on our garage floor and drive. I called Milo, one of the owners and the person who sold me the car. I explained the oil leak and low oil pressure problem. I expected a reply reminding me that my car had no warranty and such problems are my responsibility. Not so with this dealer. He told me to bring the car back immediately. When I asked if I could wait while they did whatever was needed, Milo responded, "No, but I'll give you a car to drive while we fix your car." Three days later my car was fixed and I expected a repair bill. I picked up my car, signed an agreement that certain repairs were completed and drove away. No charge. The owners of AutoLika know the cars they sell. They have the facilities to inspect, make necessary repairs, and service what they sell before the car goes on the lot.

I live far away so I secured financing for the vehicle ahead of time. I went to pick up the car and it was nothing like the pictures! You couldn't see any flaws in the pictures but it was in horrible shape!! The hood was dented all over from the inside. The front air dam was broken and chipped all the way across the bottom. It had a big dent in the roof. The alignment was way off!! Deep scratches everywhere that someone attempted to touch up and did a horrible job. I realize this was a used car . The problem is the price was exactly the same as a few others I had looked at that had NONE of these problems. That's why I figured it should be fine. Needless to say I refused to accept the car and went elsewhere. Ended up with the same make and model car for less money in very good condition!
