WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!! Total waste of my time. I am out of state, send an inquiry in online. The Internet department starts blowing my phone up like they are trying to be the 100th caller, never even addressing my original questions in their communications.
Finally Jayce in sales asks me what I would like to know, and he answers the questions I had. I asked for a grand total including taxes and plates etc. He comes back with xxxxxxxx add on's they were telling me I had to take. I told him, no, can't force me to buy add ons. I told them to redo the numbers and send them back.
In the meantime, I fill out the credit application ONLINE on their site, instead of giving them my personal information to Jayce over the phone with him sending me a text of the credit application.
I reach out to the store and let them know they have my credit application, and its radio silence. Jayce comes back and says they can't find it... I hesitantly give him my information and tell him I'm still waiting for the updated numbers, but I can figure out the rest with your Finance Manager. 1,2,3,-6 hours later, I still haven't heard from anyone. I reach out to Jayce and he tells me his manager tried to call me. Never got a missed call/text..
I say ok, I go to call him, nothing. Leave Scott a message, nothing.. Try for the next 2 hours.. NOTHING.
Then Jayce comes back to tell me sorry, but my Used Car Manager sold the vehicle.....
So unless you want to pay for xxxxxxxx add on's and be stroked, don't waste your time.
And Scott, you might want to update your caller id so your wife's name isn't popping up. Id say it's unprofessional, but everything they do, and the way they do things is unprofessional. You called me when I was out to dinner, I sent you a text and two days later you still can't respond.
STROKE JOBS, thats what you are :)
As of this writing, 9/19 at 5:31, the Jeep is still on their website.
The worse dealership I have ever seen, people are rude, their product is terrible and the service dept you cannot even get a oil change in less than two hours, you cannot get answers from anyone about your issues, I will never buy from Stephen wade again
BEWARE! If you're choosing to have your vehicle serviced here make sure you have removed all of your personal belongings. I own a vintage furniture store and my truck broke down near the dealership. I was in the area to pick up a coffee table which was in the back truck bed moved all the way in the bed as close as possible to the bed with a locked hard truck bed cover over the bed. It took some time to get the truck back as I live 300 miles away. When the truck arrived back at my local dealership, I went with one of the service members to get the truck and opened the tailgate and to my surprise the coffee table was gone, but my tow strap was still there. Weird. Someone had to army crawl to pull out the table due to the locked hardcover. Of coarse, now we're in a situation no one wants to take responsibility. My sole purpose for traveling into the area was for that coffee table, sadly when my truck broke down my rental vehicle couldn't fit the coffee table to take it back home. I didn't know the type of dealership I was dealing with or I wouldn't have trusted them. I called the dealership 2 weeks ago and they said they would look at camera's etc...no one bothered to call me back.
My Ram 2500 broke down on Father’s Day near St. George, which is two states away from where I live. It’s now July 5 and the repairs still have not been made. Not even sure if they’ve been started. Zero communication unless I contact them with an inquiry, and I still am not 100 percent sure about what is wrong with the truck. No idea when I will get it back. I have no way to work, and I continue to wait after nearly three weeks, as my truck sits in a lot 150 miles away. This is unconscionable. I simply can’t believe this dealership ever has a return customer, but for some unfathomable reason they have a 4.1 google rating. In retrospect, I should have paid extra tow charges to have my vehicle hauled to another shop. I truly hope the locals have another option because I’d hate to think that they have to wait three weeks-plus every time they have a problem with their vehicle.
We bought a Jeep from that was supposed to include a full tank of gas. It was only half full when I picked it up on a Sunday when they were closed. A deal is a deal so I notified Will Lindberg the sales manager and he agreed to send us a gift card to make up the difference. After 2 weeks we called him again and his excuse was he had the wrong address. He said he would send another, and if we received the first one to just keep it. Well its been another 2 weeks and we have never received either gift card. We will hold up our end of the deal and pay for the Jeep. I think this sales manger flat out lied to both me and my wife both times. Also there SWAG pricing is the most ridiculous pricing system I have ever heard of. I will never shop here again, and I would recommend everyone else find a different place to buy a vehicle.
I wish I would have read the most current reviews. I bought a used car and the mileage posted on the internet was wrong. I didn't catch it was wrong by 2000 miles and I bought an extended warranty. I contacted them when I got home because all my documents had 2000 less mileage on it than it actually was. I sent pictures of the odometer. I was promised corrected paper work and return calls. Nothing and I explained my concern over the extended warranty. it is 2000 more miles and would look like I didn't service the car as the contract requires. They agree while on the phone then nothing. My older husband didn't check the mileage before he signed the odometer reading.. I was upset because I asked for the age of the battery and after waiting over an hour and the service manager told our salesman that he didn't have time to check it . He said it passed the check up when the car was inspected. I was told by our sales man he would deliver the car then his boss said they didn't have time. I can understand its 55 miles and I manage a business but I had to go back and get it the next day because my husband doesn't drive. I didn't argue the price but got nothing in exchange. .I have a business with major companies around the world and small distributors. They are all treated with respect and my companies score is exceeds customer expectation.
What a disappointment. Now I find out other people in our neighborhood had problems with this exact dealership. I am not mad I am truly disappointed I was going to give our salesman references but unfortunately out of his hands but his management has convinced me to never recommend this dealership.
