What Others Say

Although their service department made valiant efforts to repair the vehicle I purchased. There was excessive problems from the start and Columbia just left me to suffer with this lemon. I wish I could rate them less than a star. They admit there are problems but admit now there mine. Do Not Buy Here!!!

I bought an SUV, paid cash. I kept going over the total for the car, sales tax, etc. They keep adding the sales tax to the total of the car. I kept telling them they can't do that. They finally presented the bottom number to me and we agreed. I learned then when in financing they switched it again to add the sales tax to the price of the car. I got in the car to leave and the engine light was on. I told the sales person. He said bring it to autozone to get the code. I did, then brought the car back to have the 02 sensor replaced. The mechanic tried to tell me when I left that the engine light wasn't on when he took it into his shop. I know it was on because I drove for 3 days before getting back there and they are 40 min away from me. I decided this dealership was not trustworthy and I better take my car to my mechanic. They said the transmission pan was rotted and listed 3 other issues. I told the sales person who sold me the car I need these items fixed. He kept blowing me of and telling me to contact service myself. I finally connected with the service manager. He said to bring the car in he will decide if anything is wrong. I said to him don't you give each car a thorough review before putting it on the lot? If so, these are not issues that just popped up. They are issues that have been visible. He said he won't fix the transmission pan unless it is actually leaking, he doesn't care if it is rotted, not his problem. I said that I want to talk to his boss, he said that would be the owner. He was going to leave a note to have him call me. Next day I don't hear from him so I text the car sales man and said I need to talk to the owner. I now have radio silence and no one is responding. As the customer, I shouldn't have to deal with this treatment. I also did not list above how the sales person kept trying to xxxxxxxx me on the length of the car being there and how much they've dropped the price. I decided to let that go since every dealership is the same in some ways and I have to pick my battle with the one I buy from. I just want them to fix the issues with the car and be on my way. Took it to my dealership
