We bought an 08 Chevrolet pickup through Ebay from this dealer in mid-December. They did not deliver the pickup due to title issues and after a month gave us a partial refund. We exchanged many emails and a few phone calls but they did not send the rest of the refund. After two months the Ebay Auction Insurance Company refunded the $7,000 Motorcars of Tampa Bay owed us, for which we are thankful. The entire transaction was online. After this we will go to a dealership when buying a vehicle.
