Great Nissan Dealership. I purchased one car from them but get both of my Nissans serviced through them. Just a professional operation from front to back. Communications throughout process through email and text were great as well.

Service department cannot or will not repair defective nav/radio system. 2024 Rouge bought new, returned 5 times for recurring problem with unresponsive radio volume control. Was told they don’t know what to do next, call Nissan and maybe they can help. Ridiculous!

Sales is great. Service is horrible. Brand new 2025 Murano. Been in service 3 times in two months and still can’t get any satisfaction.
