Sold us a car that’s been in the shop since we got it. After $4000 in repairs we now need a new motor. The car was delivered and a complete disaster. So disappointing and I will never buy a used car again because of this. I will also never buy a car out if state since I was told it was in great working condition and it turned out to have the inside door panel falling off, broken seat motor, broken radio face as well as steering column cover, no heating, as well as immediately needing a new motor Mount and shocks and struts. After all those repairs in with the dealer wouldn’t take the car back but paid $4,000 in repairs as well as us paying $4,000 in repairs. So I’m just under 6 months the $10,000 car needed $8,000 in repairs and now needs a $10,000 motor replacement per the Chevy dealer due to a piston issue. This was the worst car purchase I’ve ever made.

We had done our research and new exactly what we wanted. We checked out several of the same make and model at EchoPark Automotive Thornton and had a horrible experience with the customer service and cleanliness of their vehicles. This vehicle was very clean, thank goodness, and they worked with us on the price to stay closer to our budget.
