I went in to look at the Durango with no intention of purchasing it that day. I had had a bad experience with Russ Darrow in Milwaukee in the past, so I was hesitant to go. Working with Joe and Jon on the purchase of my new Durango got rid of any hesitations I had. Joe was very responsive to my questions and helpful. Jon was able to get the finance rate that I wanted. I got a decent price on my trade-in. I ended up leaving that day with my new Durango. So far everyone I've talked to at the dealership in West Bend has been great. I wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future.
No appt, got me in and offered shuttle to my home. Diagnosed and fixed car same day. Mechanic did great job, service Mgr. Lady kept me updated and explained everything step by step. I will be coming back for my services.
I had a nail in my tire. They got me an appointment the same day and resolved the issue in 30 mins
Every time I visit this location I’m impressed with the staff and service. They were accommodating and quick - got me in and out in under an hour for an oil change!
