Pretty much as expected for a dealership. Got great response when getting car out the door but when issues were brought up after purchase we got radio silence. There were things that we felt should have been standard (like topping off fluids or having the car running before we left the dealership so we weren't stepping into a cold, frosted windowed vehicle) weren't done. Me and my 6 year old son were stranded the day after purchase in one of the bitterly cold days because the key fob wasn't working (suspecting low battery that we ended up changing). Little things like that just changed our view of the whole experience with the dealership.
I went in for an oil change and one two three. All done I didn't take as long as I thought it would.
Brandon helped us so much! He was really nice and answered all questions! I would go to him again!
Megan was wonderful. I had arrived at the wrong Russ Darrow service center for my appointment and she was wonderful with getting me into the shop last minute. She was super friendly and communicated with me through the whole time my vehicle was in.
Stop pushing so hard to sell dealer interior and exterior And extended warranty That's enough
Excellent as always Friendly, helpful. They actually care about customers. Spaces were spotless and very comfortable
