Overall I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my F-250 Lariat from Taylor Ford. Most notably Phillip Roberts (sales) was fantastic to work with! He is extremely customer-focused and went the extra mile at several points in the process digging up several pieces of further information on the vehicle along the way for me. The washing/detailing/prep of the vehicle was running behind, so he even jumped in to help with that to keep me from waiting as long. All along I felt that Phillip was genuinely more than happy to help however he could. I am also impressed with his continued follow-up after the sale to see if I had any questions or concerns.
