Wow! I didn’t know I was buying a car today! I received fast and friendly service from the Audi Lafayette team, I was able to drive in, view the vehicle, and process the paperwork a little over an hour. Shout out to Chandler, my sales rep and Dylan, Finance Manager
We had a great experience with Garrett and John at Audi Lafayette!! We are from middle Tennessee and did the whole deal over the phone prior to pick up. My husband met the team to pick up the car and drive it home. He was very impressed with everyone and the car was everything they said it would be. We are very happy.
Very well setup and equipped.maybe a little understaffed, my transaction took too much time. That is all.
Out of state transaction and it was more smooth than a deal in town! My car is perfect and they assisted me with everything I needed.
Don't trust them !! Was told that the brakes needed to be changed, brought it to another mechanic to have the pads replaced and was told that the car had 75% of the pads left. The car was purchased with a service program for 5 years, now that its finished I'm going to service the A6 myself, I decided to check the air filter only to find a bird nest, this is the original air filter, never has beed changed from what I can tell. Its a great car, the sales staff were great but if you are looking for service after the sale this isn't the place for you
