this was the worst place to get a car from. They told me so many lies

horrible people there. they lied to me erica apparently one of the mangers and another one from floor sales who's name i don't remember. well they one told me a car would be sent to me the made me drive 2 hours for a lie made me go to a dealership closer to me said the was going to send it but when i got there no one knew what i was talking about. i called back and was just passed around hung up on and told to drive a hour away to get the car. i felt like all they wanted from me was to get my information which they do to do who knows what now. i haven't gotten any calls on fixing the matter or getting the car i wanted. i was sold a dream the was a nightmare. it is important that the should be honest. i just hope this review helps someone else.

It's 7pm and been waiting at this dealership since 1pm after being told over the phone I have been approved with 0$ even After sending my proofs of income, ID and everything! The Temple Hills Md location again ran my credit and submitted my documents to the bank and came back with an approval for a car loan... Then being told they do Not have my vehicle in stock in that price range. I then contacted the auto giant in Woodbridge VA and they stated they DO have a vehicle in that price range in stocks and asking me to Re-send all of my info after submitting everything TWICE in 24 hours! I have asked for a courtesy lift or a ride to the other dealership and NO ONE is willing to provide a courtesy ride at all the the other dealership that has the vehicle in stocks even after being approved for the vehicle and Loan!! It's now after 7pm and no one has even tried to help me get a ride home or get to the other dealer to get a loan going so I can get home and provide for my family after stating several times I HAVE NO TRANSPORTATION! DO I need to write it on my xxxx forehead, and if I have an approval for a loan why in the World can I not get a ride after submitting everything they asked for!! Absolutely dishonest, and just care about making their extra buck unfortunately and not doing what's right for a customer or a potential customer with NO Transportation after being told over the phone I was approved with 0$ and taking time out of my relatives day to bring me all the way over to something that was supposed to be DONE... very disappointed and extremely upset with this whole situation.. I am writing this in regards to the customer service very last minute as the dealer was Closing.. There Are 3 people In particular I would Like to Thank And Give 5 stars for 3 of the employees at the Front desk at the time of Closing!! A Gentleman who was EXTREMELY Friendly from the jump and actually offered me a lift to a train station & helped me with anything else I needed to get home to my family 45 min away from the dealer! God Bless YOU and Thank You so much! The female front desk worker who was Extremely Friendly and Courteous as Well and was concerned for my safety and my way of getting home. THEY BOTH made sure before leaving from the kindness of their hearts and true CUSTOMER SERVICE SPIRITS offered me a a way home to not have to stand in the Cold waiting for possible Transportation due to sitting for 6 hours even though I was approved and unable to get to the other dealer to finalize everything! Thanks and may you be very successful in life!

The salesmen Jordan worked endlessly to get me a great deal. He stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process! He has a great personality and I truly appreciate him and the team at Auto Giants. Keep up the great work!
