Where should I start? I've purchased 15 cars over 30 years and I have ALWAYS dreaded the car buying process, from the moment I've picked up the phone or stepped on a dealership lot until I drive off in my new car. That was until today, when I stumbled across Autohaus, Inc. We have been looking for an F150 for several months, I found a truck on cars.com that had all the features I was looking for at a great price. I called the dealership and spoke with the owner, Greg. He was exceptionally friendly, professional and answered all of my questions. He even crawled under the truck to take pictures of the undercarriage for me. I live 5 hours away and I didn't want to make the long drive to find out it had extensive rust. I called back and texted several times to ask additional questions and get pictures. Greg gave me his cell number and responded quickly and after hours. He was willing to hold the truck without a deposit, he had someone closer who willing to close the deal sooner but gave me his word he would hold for us to make the trip. We arrived the next day, 3 hours before the dealership opened, I texted him that I was there and he showed up 30 minutes later. Maggie was just as friendly and helpful, she was fast and efficient getting the paperwork done so we could get on the road to avoid traffic back to MD. There was no need to try and read fine print, look for hidden fees or spend hours negotiating. The price was already 2k below market value. A small reasonable processing fee of $195 where every other dealership was $1000 or more with multiple other fees. No pressuring to finance, no pressuring to buy overpriced warranties. There was literally 2 lines, the cost of the vehicle and the $195 document fee. I can't find one negative thing to say. I would 100% buy another vehicle from Greg and Maggie. Go to Autohaus, Inc. you will not be disappointed!!
They were very responsive and answered all of my questions. I would definitely have no problem buying from them.
Not responsive. I asked for the CarFax and they would not send jt. They also didn’t list the VIN number
I've really enjoyed doing business with Greg and the folks at Autohaus. They are earnest folks.
I asked if they could share the VIN for the Boxster that’s as listed because it had a fake VIN. No one responded back with my request and didn’t answer any question.
Been dealing with Greg and Maggie for close to 10 years now. I have purchased three cars from them in that time. Each time the experience was excellent and I have been very satisfied with the cars. Having them be able to service / maintain the cars is an added benefit. I look forward to my next purchase with them.
