First of all, I received your text at 7 AM yesterday which was on a SUNDAY and again today at 7 AM. I personally think that is way too early to text a client, just to encourage them to complete a survey. I was still asleep at the time I received the text.. with that said I was overall satisfied with my service on my oil change, also a gentleman named Quinn , (I’m sure that is spelled wrong) assisted me in issues with connecting my phone to my vehicle. He was very patient and resolved my issues..
The advisor was very helpful and courteous and patient with me when explaining items that needed to be done.
From the time I pulled in the dealership I was greeted very courteously! Everyone I came in contact with was helpful in explaining what my car needed to have done. Would I recommend coming here….of course!
