We test drove a truck and worked with Taylor. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles he was selling. He was very attentive and the process was very quick both at the dealership and answering questions via text. We ultimately did not end up purchasing the vehicle since it didn't match what we wanted but we were left with a great impression of the dealership thanks to Taylor and hope to do business with them another time when we find a vehicle we are interested in.

I am a teacher in Peru, New York and had no time to go shopping for an SUV, which I wanted very much. I know my credit wasn't the perfect number, so I went onto Carguru. I was preapproved. While I'm working at school, they were busy getting everything together. A couple of days later, I had my 2017 GMC Terrain sitting in my driveway!!!! It came from Syracuse! (Peru and Syracuse are about 6 hours away) I LOVE MY CAR!!! I am now the biggest Auto Outlet of Wolcott fan of all time! You have to trust Chris. He knows his automobiles and I allowed him, a complete stranger, to pick out my SUV and help me be a new owner of a beautiful car. Thank you Chris and Auto Outlet!!! When I trade in my truck next year, I'll be in touch for sure. That was the ONLY way to buy a car!
