Brittney has taken care of my car since it was new (2013) and the service is always great! She's always attentive and friendly and the service is done quickly and very well! I would definitely recommend MB of Scottsdale and Brittney as your service advisor!
My wife and I were looking for an electrical SUV, but could not find anything decent in our state. We got in contact with Chris who walked us through purchasing the car and getting it shipped to our state. Everything went smooth throughout the transaction and my wife is happy in her Mercedes SUV. Top notch service. Chris was great!
I worked with bojan in purchasing a cpo eqs. I purchased from New Jersey without ever visiting so it was a little nervous as it was my first purchase without seeing a vehicle. Bojan and his team were stellar. Also, it took me 3 months to have the car registered in New Jersey and the temporary registration for the car expired in the meantime. bojan did not abandon me even after the sale. He stayed in touch and helped me out. Very different from your typical car salesman experience where after the sale you have no contact. If you are making an online purchase of vehicle like myself, Bojan and scottsdale arizona mercedes is the place to do it.
I had a mixed experience with Mercedes Benz of Scottsdale. Steve was excellent during the purchase of my new vehicle, but issues arose afterward. Unfortunately, promised documents were sent to the wrong address with incorrect information with my personal information, leading to additional sales tax charges (Which still has not been rectified).Despite reaching out to Ryan in the finance department for resolution, I faced delays and lacked clear answers. The shipping process lacked communication, and overall, the team's follow-up fell short. There was a point where the manager named Mike had to reach out to me to tell me the status of the vehicle and if it had left the dealer. While Steve was helpful, the overall experience was marred by these issues. Additionally I'm not even sure the car was serviced before selling it to me, I took it to a local dealer in my home town for a post purchase inspection and they said it was overdue for oil change and other fluids.. Update: After my review of the dealer, Robert contacted me with an updated buyer's order containing accurate information reflecting the purchase. Additionally, he addressed my concerns regarding the servicing of the vehicle and explained why it wasn't serviced in Arizona, addressing all other issues I had raised.
I was able to trade in my 2021.Toyota Camry and get the dmercedes cBenz
This was the most amazing car buying experience I have had. Salesperson Lou Gordon was A+++++ they did not have add anything on the vehicle to increase the cost. I highly recommend this dealership and would definitely buy from them again.
