What Others Say

Was interested in this Accord I saw online and spoke to Robert over the phone about it. I had a trade which he gave me a decent value for it.

Had a pleasant experience here. The staff was super helpful especially Robert. I ended up buying a 2019 BMW 330i with not too many miles that I really liked. Luckily I didn't need any financing so it was a fast process.

When you think of used car dealerships, this place redefines the cliche. $3k in dealership fees, distro fees, 5% charge to use a credit card. Through all of those games, Rob Deleva outshined the dealership. He is a trusted advisor and I would but from HIM again.

stay away from auto trader wholesale inc at all cost. their key sale tactic is the usual bait and switch their professionalism is of the lowest low save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Bought a 2015 VW GTI here for $17,190. The guy pressed me hard to get a warranty but i did not buy one - makes me think he knew about some of the problems. Came with a carfax report but about a week later the check engine light came on. I took it to the dealership and within the next 2 months it needed the following repairs: timing chain $3700, cam stuff $500, melted plug $400, cracked thermostat and water pump $1500, rear hubs $800 for a grand total of $6900. I called them twice and told them about about and twice they said the owner would call me back and he never called. Also, the listed price on the internet was $15,000 and when we sat down to sign the paperwork, the price became $17,190 with mysterious fees. I wish I had walked away with this major red flag. AVOID THIS DEALER.

awful dealership. posted prices on internet and then when you get there, they add about $2000 for misc. bought a VW GTI and I had to put 6k into it over the next 3 months. called them twice to see if they help me out in some way and they never bothered to get back to me. AVOID!!!
