Worst experience ever, do NOT buy from them. I am 23 years old, and went to buy my first car with my dad, and I'd finally found one by the end of the week, and I needed one within two days. I spent an hour with a man named Melchor, and we confirmed we wanted it. He told us what to do, and we did it all immediately. He gave us the papers to sign. I signed them, went to the bank, spent four hours there getting a loan even though I was extremely exhausted from work. Called Avila's after the financing was confirmed to let them know the loan went through and we were heading to pick it up, and they'd sold the car out from under me already- less than 24 hours after we'd met with him. Now, there's a chance I am going to LOSE MY JOB because they sold the car they gave me the paper work for the day before. They DO NOT care about their buyers, the people they shake hands with, or families. I was so prepared and relieved to have found a car JUST in time, and now I'm completely in tears because it's going to affect my life, and I guarantee you they don't care.
