Darin and the office staff were great. However, three months after trading my truck in, Shane Beus (the owner) had STILL not paid off the trade in. No explanation or communication from him on why. Turned into the most unprofessional and unethical business deal I've ever been part of. Wasn't just the games being played with not paying off the trade in, it was the complete lack of respect and integrity. I continued to pay on a truck 3 months after they took possession of it, and then they listed it for sale when they hadn't even got the title from the lien holder yet. Consumer fraud, breach of contract... call it what you will, it was a terrible experience.
