Had two recall services for fan module and rear camera on my Thor Tellaro 20L RV which is built on a RAM Promaster 3500 window van. I planned to stay since it is an hour drive from home to dealer. Dustin was concerned about how much time it would take -- 4 1/2 hours for the fan alone. So, he offered a rental car at no charge so I didn't waste the whole day. My Saint Augustine RAM dealer doesn't work on Promasters, so it is either Orange Park or Palatka. After this experience I will always get service here. Palatka is a small town, and Beck feels like a friendly small-town dealer.

Service department was quick and efficient. Brody my vehicle in and waited for the service to be completed.
