Sage was amazing, and so easy to work with. He helped me find a used Lincoln with specific features I was looking for. He followed through and kept in touch as soon as a Lincoln would come in, he would let me know via text with links to their site and even the Carfax reports on each car. It was so helpful and made the experience easy for me. On a very cold Saturday, we came to Rydell in Independence to look at 3 Lincoln SUVs - Sage had them lined up and running for us before we got there - so impressed with that level of thoughtfulness and customer care.
