On 1/7/2023 I purchased a 2009 Cadillac Cts 4. The same maroon vehicle Joe Rizzari is advertising on the home page of his website. Right above “guaranteed inspection” Where do I begin. The day I purchased the car I thought I was investing in something I’d have for a few years. Little did I know. I was dealing with Harry Wormwood (Danny Devito- Matilda) who just wanted the dollar in my pocket. From the day that vehicle was driven off his lot at Broadway Auto Sales 137 broadway, Westville, Nj. The vehicle never passed inspection and had mass mechanical failures. Joe had full knowledge of this as he did not disclose but the vehicle had already been purchased and returned to his same dealership one month prior to being sold to me (this is public information). The motor did not hold compression, the purge valve and electrical systems were and still are defunct, the power steering was shot, As well as the vehicle had a destroyed differential. Joe knowing all of this schmoozed me into the extended warranty. Well let me tell you that won’t save you in the end either. Over the following months the vehicle had been inspected by the state multiple times. To fail. Not only did this vehicle fail inspection. Joe Rizzari and Bill Rummas coordinated a fraudulent inspection sticker being put on the vehicle (this is currently under investigation with the Trenton MVA) is this how we “guarantee inspection”? now let’s get to the fun part! After the warranty had replaced the differential, purge valve, power steering pump, motor, etc… they have paid more than the sale value of the vehicle in repairs( I have documentation of each repair this is accurate information) The mechanic shop that installed that replacement motor as well as gave me the fake inspection sticker. Closed. The day after repair. So they are not liable to follow up with any repairs/leaks on their work (which to my surprise there was quite a lot) Needless to say the motor they put in was not a replacement but an swap with a broken motor. Here I am now upside down on the Loan because Joe Rizzari had to make a quick buck. Thank you Broadway Auto Sales and THANK YOU Joe Rizzari
