What Others Say

We traveled out of state to purchase a used vehicle. After the purchase the car had issues 166 miles away. The dealership paid the towing and offered a complete refund. They definitely went over and beyond. We would travel again to buy a car from them. This dealership is a 5 star business. Thank you Austin(salesman), Luke(finance,), Ben and Jimmy (MGMT). They didn't have to take the car back but they did......thank you again. The Dieckmann's

We had a great experience with the salesman Jacob Stires at Byers Chevrolet in Grove City, Oh. He was great to work with. Answered any of our questions we had and went above and beyond he was amazing!! On the other hand Ben the finance manger was absolutely rude. He was talking to us about the extended warranty’s and the gap insurance and as soon as we told him we didn’t want any of it. His whole mood and demeanor changed. He would not hold eye contact nothing at all. It was very rude and very unprofessional of Ben. He needs to be reprimanded for the way he treats customers when it comes to not benefiting him and his pay. I hope a higher up has a conversation with him about the way acts when people turn down the extended warranty’s after they’re already paying so much for the vehicle let alone. Do better Ben!

Service Department is terrible, dishonest and incompetent! Every time I take my vehicle in there is an issue. The last time was the straw that broke the camels back. Took my vehicle there for transmission fluid change and ironically, less than a month later I get all sorts of errors in the information center, the best being " service transmission now, unable to shift soon" Called dealership and they couldn't even advise me if I should continue to drive the vehicle or not. Left vehicle with them and they informed me that the message is being caused by some sort of electrical component associated with the gear shifter that is not covered by the powertrain warranty and will cost be $1,000.00. Vehicle only has 45,000 Miles on it. Once I informed them I paid for an extended bumper to bumper warranty they covered the issue lass the deductible. Part took 4 days to come in and then they left my vehicle sit on the lot for another 4 days before they even decided to install it. The worst part was the service representative (Glenn) told me they were working on it on two different occasions. i know for a fact that was not true because my vehicle didn't move off the lot from where they parked it 4 days earlier. I can deal with a lot of things but dishonesty is not one of them. Needless to say I will not be spending another nickel of my hard earned money at this dealership!!!

Brett at byers was easy and polite to deal with. The whole team there made the car buying experience fast and easy.
