I was very happy with my new MDX Acura Lease. But I wasn’t very happy with how I got to my final deal. Someone from management promised me a certain deal and then when I came in the next day to sign the deal it had been modified and changed. He acted as if I made up the numbers when really he had texted me the exact numbers I was asking for. I quickly realized what was going on and just kept my mouth shut and signed bc it was still pretty good of an offer. Just wasn’t what was promised. I hope they don’t make this mistake again with another client. Thanks, John M
