Travel from out of state to look at one of their cars. It's confusing to know who is who, since the sales people seemed to have different names depending if you were talking to them in person or email. They were evasive and try to redirect the conversation when inquiring about having a second pair of eyes to look at the cars. They were friendly, until you said that you wanted to think about it. Then suddenly they got rude and insulting. Definitely not returning.

My husband and I looked at a custom truck that was listed through Auto-trader and found one at Car Web. Honestly, I cannot say enough wonderful things about dealing with the ENTIRE team at Car Web. I called the dealership directly and spoke with Patrick via phone. He immediately made me feel like I had made a great decision to call - he was soo friendly and just genuinely happy to answer all of my questions about the vehicle prior to us driving all the way from Fort Belvoir to see it. (1.5 hrs depending on traffic) When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by an impressive display of beautiful vehicles on the lot and then along came Freddy. Freddy is arguably, the friendliest man we have ever encountered. He mentioned that Patrick was busy with another customer but he knew exactly who we were based on the time frame. Within minutes, he had the truck pulled around and I was shocked. This truck was cherry. I mean, I was literally expecting this truck to come around and be something wildly different than the photos because it was such an amazing find!! Freddy immediately allowed us to inspect the truck, and even waited in the background while I crawled under the truck to inspect it with my husband. We were serious about this truck - we inspected every inch of this truck for at least 45 minutes prior to asking to drive it. Freddy must have known that this truck would sell itself because he didn’t even go on the test drive with us. (Another 45 mins.) He and Patrick both greeted us when we came back and answered every question we had. Without hesitation we bought the truck for asking price. (Really, it was a screaming deal.) There was not one time that anyone pressured us to purchase this truck and never did they overstep in the answers that were given. The confidence that came from the sales team at Car Web can be directly attributed to their buyer. This person really does an amazing job because I would never hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them again. If you are considering buying a vehicle from a smaller dealership that prides themselves on quality and honesty, this is the place. This was probably the easiest, friendliest, experience we have ever had with a vehicle purchase and we have purchased many vehicles in the last seven years. We are looking forward to doing business with the Car Web family for many years to come.

I bought a Maserati Ghibli from Car Web. It was the worst online buying experience I’ve ever had. They lied about the mileage and condition of the vehicle. The car had over 4,000 more than the 11,000 miles advertised. Then, when the car was shipped to me it was so far overdue for its 12,000 mile service service it couldn’t even be driven safely to the Maserati Service Center. They never responded or attempted to amend their fraud. After all of that... it took over two months for them to process the paperwork for the tag. I had 3 temp tags expire while waiting. I’ve had the car 6 months and I already have to replace the tires and breaks. Don’t believe their lies and run the other way. Do not buy ANYTHING from Car Web.
