I recently purchased a 2025 Honda Civic Type R from Plaza Cadillac, and I could not have been more pleased with the overall experience. I live approximately four hours away from the dealership, so most of the purchasing process had to be handled remotely. My salesman, Jesse Knapp, was outstanding from beginning to end. Jesse was extremely responsive to all of my questions and took the time to send me numerous detailed pictures and videos of the vehicle. His openness and communication gave me the confidence to make the four-hour drive to purchase a vehicle essentially sight unseen. I also really appreciated Plaza Cadillac's willingness to negotiate the purchase remotely through email and text. Jesse was even able to work with me remotely on the trade-in of my Corvette and was fair with its value, which made the entire transaction much easier. When I finally arrived at the dealership, the Type R was exactly as Jesse had represented it. There were no surprises, and the entire experience confirmed that making the long drive to Plaza Cadillac was the right decision. Buying a vehicle from four hours away can be stressful, especially when you're relying heavily on the salesperson to accurately represent its condition. Leesburg Florida is the only Cadillac dealership I use. The second xt5 I have purchased there. Both times I took my Cadillac in for service walked away with a new car to me, without the pressure most other dealerships exhibit. Rick the sales man is great, along with Harry in the service department. I can't leave Mark out either, EVERYONE is courteous. The working atmosphere seems very organized and inviting to the public.
